| BJ
is a Founder and the Chief Executive Officer of INCUMEDx. As CEO,
Prior to INCUMEDx, BJ was the General Manager of Global Cardiovascular R&D General Manager for Terumo Corporation based out of Tokyo, Japan and was responsible for the Company’s Interventional Cardiology businesses focused on Imaging. Before joining Terumo, BJ held a variety of executive management, Project Investment Board Chairman and related leadership positions in R&D, New Business Development, and domestic/international marketing for Boston Scientific Corporation (USA/Japan/Korea/Asia-Pacific) in the areas of interventional Cardiology, Peripheral Radiology, Neurovascular & related medical device technology. He began his career in Aerospace Engineering & Mechanics supporting the NASA Space Shuttle’s aerodynamics, propulsion, and thermal protection systems. Program was funded via University of Minnesota’s Institute of Technology and NASA Marshall Space Flight Center located in Huntsville, Alabama, NASA – Lewis Center of Cleveland, Ohis prior to entering into his ~20+ years experience in medical devices with Target Therapeutics, B. Braun Medical, and Schneider U.S.A./Europe (Pfizer Hospital Products Group). BJ earned a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics from the Institute of Technology - University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, Graduate-level Bio-Medical Education from Saint Thomas University of St. Paul, Minnesota, and an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University of Silicon Valley, California. He speaks English (Native), Korean (business & conversational), Japanese (business & conversational), & spanish (conversational). |

Reza Sheikhai is the Chief Financial Officer of INCUMEDx. As a true business partner to the CEO, Reza assesses organizational performance against both the annual budget and company’s long -term strategy. Develops tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to the CEO and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations. Assists in establishing yearly objectives. Oversees long-term budgetary planning and costs management in alignment with company goals. Participates in key decisions pertaining to strategic initiatives, operating model and operational execution. Prepares and maintains regular financial planning reports. Completes analysis of financial results and develop recommendations (strategic and tactical). Develops and executes analysis of various business initiatives (e.g., opening new operations, asset acquisition, new service launches). Develops and maintains capital budget. Assists in development of financial planning and analysis exercises/reports. Oversees cash flow planning and ensures availability of funds as needed. Oversees cash, investment, and asset management. Oversees financing strategies and activities, as well as banking relationships. Prior to INCUMEDx, Reza has been Vice President Finance for various companies from startups to companies most recently Ness Technologies a NASDAQ listed company with revenues over $ 750 Million and Mphasis an HP company with revenues over 1.1 Billion. Reza founded and directed a Vocational School that taught students Finance and helped them get jobs in the Accounting Field. Reza has his own CPA Practice that he started in 1990 and performs Audits and Taxes of Individuals, Partnerships, Corporations and Non Profits. Reza has a Bachelors Degree in Commerce and is a Certified public Accountant since 1990. |
